It transforms Instagram into an intentional space by
automatically switching to the "Following" feed and hiding
the addictive parts (Explore, Reels, Search) while keeping
Stories and DMs.
What gets hidden: Main feed (replaced with Following feed),
Explore tab, Reels feed, Search, Suggested posts, Ads.
What you keep: Stories, DMs, Notifications, Create post, Your
profile.
Click the icon to toggle on/off instantly. No data collected.
