Noticeable Changes from Stock Feather

You can now specify custom RO names in the plugin options
Repeatedly pressing D after you are already RO will dismiss other ROs and rename the governor
Resignation now takes two keypresses - E, E - and does not create a popup
Pressing R will now quietly copy the nation URL of the invite to the clipboard. (This is done transparently and does not necessitate a second keystroke.)
ROing now takes two keystrokes, instead of three.
The U, V, and W keys have been rebound
The endorse and unendorse keys are now seperate - S endorses, L unendorses
