The Survey Dynamix for GC Embeddable Framework add-on provides a straightforward solution to the issue of Genesys Cloud agents inadvertently terminating interactions without transferring the caller to a survey. This fix is elegantly simple: upon clicking "End Call," the extension intervenes and seamlessly redirects the caller to a designated queue or secure call flow. The setup process is uncomplicated; agents need only specify the Queue/Flow ID within the extension options.
