📊 Detailed Time Tracking Scolect automatically tracks time spent on every website you visit, broken down by day. See your top sites, daily totals, visit counts, and usage trends — all in a clean, full-featured dashboard built right into your browser.

⏱ Daily Limits Per Site Set a daily time limit for any website. When you're approaching the limit, you'll get a notification. When you've hit it, the site is blocked for the rest of the day with an in-page overlay showing your usage stats and a countdown to midnight when it resets.

🚫 Site Blocking Once a daily limit is reached, Scolect displays a non-intrusive overlay directly on the blocked page — the site stays visible but blurred in the background, so you always know what you were doing. You can choose to unblock a site for the rest of the day by confirming with the site name.

⏰ Overall Screen Time Limit Set a total daily screen time cap across all tracked sites. When you hit your overall limit, all tracked sites are blocked together — great for keeping your total browsing time in check.

🎯 Focus Mode Run timed focus sessions to stay on task. During a focus session, distracting sites are blocked automatically so you can work without interruptions.

🔔 Smart Notifications Get notified when you're at 90% of a site's daily limit so you can wrap up naturally, and again when the limit is fully reached. Notifications are quiet and non-disruptive.

🖥 Desktop App Sync (Optional) Running the Scolect desktop app on macOS or Windows? Connect the extension in Hybrid mode to sync your web browsing time into your overall screen time dashboard alongside native apps. Your browser time and app time shown together in one place.

💾 Backup & Restore Export all your extension data as a JSON file and restore it later — useful when switching browsers or devices.
