Detail:

- For smaller prices: Round to the nearest whole number if cents are 0.85 or higher (e.g., 19.85€ → 20€).
- Refine to the nearest 0.1 if cents in the tenths place exceed 0.089 (e.g., 4.49€ → 4.50€).
