Show a contributor stats when looking at an issue or PR on GitHub! Specifically how many issues and PRs have been opened on the current repo, the current org, or in total to get a sense of a user's open source experience. This is particularly helpful if it's someone's first PR and you'd like to know that at a glance or how a maintainer can better guide a new contributor's experience.
