    • Fixed source code retrieval reliability — now correctly waits for
      Codeforces to fully render the submission page before reading it
    • Added support for Codeforces mirror domains (m1/m2/m3.codeforces.com)
    • Solutions are now organized by problem rating (e.g. codeforces/800/,
      codeforces/1400/) instead of raw contest number
    • A single submission failing no longer blocks the rest of the sync batch
    • Source-page scraping now reuses one minimized background window instead
      of opening and closing a new tab for every submission, removing the
      visible flicker
    • Clearer error messages when a sync fails (login redirect detection,
      page content snippet on unexpected layouts)
