Great idea, well executed, just not convenient for many users. It would be much easier (as many have already said) if the extension was configurable so that users may choose to block nothing until they encounter a problem site (and then block JS if they want).

So I will be uninstalling this and installing Quick JS Switcher instead. Just use the search box to find it.

The hostile comment by anonymous was not a helpful contribution. People can have different ideas to you. It is allowed. :-)

Doesn't correctly inform sites that javascript is disabled, which means that sites like duckduckgo that can serve content without javascript (when they detect that JS is disabled) fail to render anything.

Awesome addon, 99% of all sites I visit, use Javascript. I wish Erwan Ameil would allow a person to set the default to Enabled.

It works most of the time but some sites won't let me turn it on so they will not load.

Simple, blocks JS by default, doesn't request unnecessary permissions.
I'd give it 5 stars if it would bypass the browser cache upon tab reloading.

Just what I needed!

(but it doesn't work reliably on x64 or arm linux, on android it is somewhat better, but of late it also doesn't work perfectly. i don't use windows/macos/ios)
