    I'm new to this extension. It adds an obnoxious floating purple bubble on the right side of the screen that pops up on a bunch of websites and then asks me to "check for deals". This creates attention fatigue. A very poor UX choice by the company.

    Sure, I can click "disable for this session" or "disable for 30m" but I still shouldn't have to do that.

    So far after a month, I've earned zero dollars. Not worth the hassle.

    Thank you for this feedback about our Rakuten Browser Extension. We are sorry this new feature isn't to your liking. You can slide this "bubble" out of the way, up and down the viewed page. Like you are aware, it can be hidden for 30 minutes or hidden for the shopping session. If, for some reason, you find this feature is not ideal for how you like to shop, you can uninstall our extension and shop by visiting our website, Rakuten.com, directly or by shopping from our app on any iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

    It used to work well but the latest update broke it. Clicking the extension doesn't do anything anymore and you can't activate so it's essentially useless. The bubble still shows up on pages though.
    Edit: tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work. There's something wrong with version 5.48.0

    You can get our extension back up and running by uninstalling it from your copy of Firefox (if installed). Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page.     great, just have an ISSUE! first, on any site, when i click the 'x' to close the cashback popup, it ALSO clicks whatever is underneath the 'x'. during walmart checkout, the popup came up repeatedly and covered the walmart checkout options. when i closed it, it would close my walmart checkout because walmart's 'x' was in the same place! had to DISABLE the add-on in order to checkout at all!

    I don't want popups with this app. I just need my cashback to work despite adblockers. The popups from Rakuten are very disruptive and should be able to be turned off.

    Response to the dev response: You make it sound like I am complaining about a problem or don't understand something. I don't need help. I am against a feature of your addon that "reminds" me to shop at websites while browsing. I don't need any popup originating out of your addon. I only use the addon to counteract my adblockers so you can track my shopping without interruption. The undesired bloat from the popups is what my feedback is aimed at. The adblocker I use does not have filter lists but performs better than others out there, so that is something I cannot and won't change.

    I love when this extension works, but it crashes on Google Images! Ugh. Even though I whitelisted Google Images the Rakuten extension will slow the browser down and then cause it to stall. This is on up-to-the-date software on a powerful PC.

    Our development team is aware of this issue and it should be resolved in a future update/release of our Cash Back Button extension.
