Ticket Helper — Talal Jalal

Ticket Helper is a Firefox extension for internal ticket workflow assistance.

It helps staff work faster inside the ticket system by adding a helper panel directly into the ticket page. The extension can fill commonly used reply fields, apply saved profiles, set problem and action values, move tickets to the desired department, and save time during repetitive ticket handling tasks.

Main features:
- Fill ticket reply fields using saved profiles
- Apply predefined Problem, Action, Move, Time, and Reply values
- Reduce repetitive manual typing
- Work only inside the internal ticket system domain
- Save profile settings locally in the browser

The extension is intended for internal workflow support and does not provide public-facing services.
