Added Open website, Open page and Open parent page links in My Reports. Find a reported page locally matches an address you supply against this installation's saved reports, restoring matching readable descriptions without changing votes, pending work or ranking choices. Old addresses cannot be recovered automatically. Query strings and fragments are not saved in descriptions or navigation links; query-dependent pages may need their original address. Fixed missing-address labels and keyboard focus/error recovery. No new permissions or network data, and no backend migration.

Sloppy 0.3.0 adds My Reports and Community Rankings in a full extension tab.
• Manage confirmed reports and local pending work with filters, pagination, editing and deletion.
• Keep readable report descriptions local; older reports show scope and a shortened identifier.
• Separately choose whether a domain report shares its normalized hostname in public rankings. The choice starts unchecked; existing reports remain excluded. Page/element reports never rank.
• Browse Most Reported, Most Slop and Most Not Slop with five-report thresholds, Unsure-aware counts and a sample-size-aware Wilson ranking heuristic.
• Preserve identity, settings and pending intent across failures/restarts; fix Firefox custom-API permission handling.
