RootLine — Deepak Gayan

RootLine helps you organize and revisit your ChatGPT conversations from a sidebar in Firefox. Arrange chats in a hierarchy, mark Favorites, keep Notes, reuse Rules, and work with locally saved chat archives.

Windows folder storage
For saving and synchronizing data in your chosen Windows folder, install the separate RootLine Windows Helper. Firefox extensions cannot directly manage those files; the Helper provides the local connection through Firefox Native Messaging. Browser-local features remain available without it, but Windows folder synchronization requires it.

The B51 Firefox add-on uses the B50 Windows Helper. On the GitHub release page, download RootLine_Windows_Helper_Installer_R0.0.1.B0.0.0.50.exe. The optional Helper removal tool preserves your RootLine data.

B51 includes the B50 storage and interface improvements plus safer rendering of stored Notes. Existing B49 workspace data is migrated automatically with a backup of the previous workspace state.
