Overview
Poké Context Memory is an open-source browser extension that captures your AI chat conversations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and more), extracts structured context from them, and stores everything entirely in your browser — no servers, no accounts, no tracking.

Think of it as a Pokédex for your AI conversations. You "capture" a conversation like a Pokémon, store it and later transfer it into another AI chat to maintain context across different platforms.
