Your Onplana work lives in another tab. This puts it in your toolbar.

Onplana Tasks shows what is assigned to you, lets you finish it without switching context, and turns whatever you are reading into work that lands in the right project.

What you can do:

• Keep an eye on the work you have handed to AI agents. See what they finished while you were away, what is still running, and anything an agent is blocked on and needs you to answer. Blocked work sorts to the top, and the count sits on the toolbar button so you can see it without opening anything.
• See your assigned tasks grouped Overdue / Today / This week / Later, with project and priority at a glance.
• Complete, reopen, snooze, or re-prioritize without opening the app. Changes apply the moment you click.
• Keep working on a bad connection. If you are offline your changes are saved on this device and sync themselves when you are back.
• Capture what you find three ways: as a task, as an issue when something is broken (attach a screenshot of the page itself), or as an idea when it is not work yet. The source URL is saved as a first-class link, so you can always get back to where it came from.
• Add tasks in plain language ("call Bob tomorrow"), parsed on your device. Paste a list and add every line at once.
• See mentions and comments on your work, and jump straight to the item from the notification.
• Search everything, and open anything in the full Onplana web app.
• Opt in to a due-today reminder while your browser is open.

New to Onplana? You can start using it immediately without an account. Your tasks are saved privately in this browser, and nothing is sent anywhere. When you are ready for sync across devices, projects, and your team, sign in and we will offer to bring your local tasks with you.
