Meta Bugs — Nicolas B. Pierron, mattg

When installed and enabled, this addon will:
 - Building a transitive list of bugs blocked.
 - Highlight in red fields which have to be set when triaging.
   * Priorities should be set.
   * Severity should be set to N/A for non-defects, and to some value for defects.
   * Block list of bug should transitively block <a href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=spidermonkey">Bug SpiderMonkey</a>.
 - Replace file names of source files by links to <a href="https://searchfox.mozilla.org">searchfox</a> when possible.
 - Query <a href="https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/">crash-stats</a> to display bugs with similar signatures.
