LangPal — Puterize

This version has LangPal fetch the answer from DeepSeek itself. In 0.1.0 you only
got the prompt, to copy elsewhere yourself.

New
- Settings page: enter your DeepSeek API key, pick a model and save it. The key
stays on your own device and is only sent to api.deepseek.com when you start
an action yourself.
- The list of models comes from DeepSeek, so you choose from the models that are
actually available at that moment. The default is deepseek-flash.
- The answer now appears in the panel itself, rendered as Markdown: headings,
lists, tables and code blocks stay readable. There are also buttons to copy or
share the answer.
- Full support for Firefox for Android. The extension asks for permission once
to show the selection menu, because Firefox on Android does not allow
context menu items.
- The popup now points out when no API key is set yet, with a button that opens
the settings page.
- Added a privacy policy, plus the required data collection declaration in the
manifest. LangPal does not collect, store or sell any usage data.

Improved
- DeepSeek now also receives the surrounding paragraph as context (up to 200
characters before and after) plus the source page, so the answer fits the text
better.
- Clearer instructions per action, with a fixed system role that answers in
plain language.
- Now requires Firefox 142 or Chrome 121 or newer.
