    I installed the addon, but I could not change the country. The box did not come up to let me change anything. I deleted it and reinstalled it, and now I cannot switch on Ivacy at all.

    It always log out by itself. And will not automatically connect if connection is disrupted. I am not aware that I was not using the VPN connection until i notice the small icon on the bar greyed out.

    I tried first to do the Linux ubuntu setup which didn't work. Then I saw that they had a Firefox plugin. I added the extension and my info and it worked. I would have liked that the ubuntu setup worked but this will do.

    I own a premium subscription. VPN client works well and stably. However, the extension does not work either in firefox or chrome. I successfully enter my username and password, but when I try to connect to different servers, the browser stops connecting to any sites.

    works great! In my case, it took about 12 hours for my account to become active for logging in. But haven't had any problems otherwise

    When it works it is good. Unfortunately after a week it regularly drops for no reason and will not reconnect again. I need a reliable VPN, perhaps it is ineffective due to my location of Japan. Will be asking for a refund tomorrow. Nice people but inconsistent product.
