Gmail Attachment Gallery — Naftali

Gmail Attachment Gallery brings attachments from multiple selected Gmail conversations into one clean, searchable gallery.

Instead of opening conversations one at a time and expanding every message, select the conversations you want in Gmail and open Attachment Gallery. The extension retrieves the complete conversations through the Gmail API, including messages that Gmail has collapsed, and displays their attachments together in a single table.

The extension cautiously hides small inline images that strongly resemble email-signature graphics or social-media icons. Hidden images can always be reviewed and restored. Regular image attachments, screenshots, and generic inline images are not hidden automatically based on size alone.

Privacy and Gmail access:

Gmail Attachment Gallery uses Google’s read-only Gmail permission. It cannot send, delete, label, modify, or mark emails as read.

The extension requests only your account profile and the specific conversations you select. Attachments are transferred directly from Google to your browser. There are no analytics, advertisements, AI services, or developer-operated servers receiving your email content.

Your Google connection is temporarily remembered across gallery tabs until it expires or Firefox closes. You can clear it at any time by clicking Disconnect.

Important limitations:

• Only conversations selected on the currently loaded Gmail page are included
• Gmail’s “select all conversations” option across multiple pages is not supported
• Up to 100 conversations can be scanned at once
• ZIP downloads are limited to 500 files or 100 MB
• Linked Google Drive files and remotely hosted images are not Gmail attachments and are not downloaded
• PDFs, Office documents, and certain other file types are download-only and cannot be previewed inside the gallery

Nothing is removed from Gmail.
The gallery view is temporary; closing the gallery tab only clears the displayed list from your browser’s memory. Your original emails and attachments remain unchanged in Gmail.
