Fibalo collects your Belege (invoices and receipts), reads them with AI and prepares the DATEV export for your Steuerberater (tax advisor). With the extension, incoming invoices go from your browser straight into your bookkeeping: no downloads folder, no forwarding by email.
How to send Belege to Fibalo
- Right-click a PDF link or an image: "Send linked file to Fibalo". The file is loaded with your login to the supplier's customer portal.
- Open PDF: an invoice that is open in the browser goes to Fibalo in one click.
- Recent downloads: the PDFs and photos you downloaded last are waiting in the extension window.
- Gmail: every PDF or image attachment of an open email gets a "To Fibalo" button.
- Upload: drop several PDFs, photos of receipts and e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) into the upload window at once.
What happens next
- Fibalo reads supplier, date, amounts and VAT. You see the status right in the extension: received, confirmed, to review.
- Your incoming invoices turn into bookkeeping ready for your Steuerberater: Belege are assigned to accounts, matched with your bank transactions and handed over as a DATEV export.
- Several companies? Choose the company in the right-click menu or in the extension window.
Your data
- The extension only sends files you choose.
- Access to a website or to Gmail is requested only when you use that feature.
- No ads, no tracking.
Available in English, German, Ukrainian, Turkish, Polish, Russian and Arabic. German terms such as Beleg, DATEV and Steuerberater stay German in every language. You need a Fibalo account: https://fibalo.de
