NMRT and general Reddit Masstaggers used to work rather well but Reddit has been extremely stingy about accessing data through the API and running this extension now causes you to get rate-limited pretty easily sadly, and when you do get rate limited, you can't even access the site for a while.

I suppose this is where I stop using NMRT unfortunately.
