How often does Google's AI Overview cite your site, and your competitors'? SEO Specimen keeps a log from the searches you already run, so you see a rate across many searches instead of one lucky screenshot. Free, with no account, in 20 languages.
THE SEARCH LOG
Save a keyword and the sites you follow. Each time you search that keyword yourself, SEO Specimen records one look: whether an AI Overview appeared, which sources it cited and in what order, and where your sites ranked among the organic results.
1. Citation rates: for each keyword, how many looks cited each source, out of how many looks had an AI Overview. Fewer than five looks are marked as early, because one result says little.
2. Honest conditions: every look records its country, language, device and whether you were signed in, and you can filter by them, so different conditions are never averaged without saying so.
3. Your sites matched by name: when the results page hides a source's address, a followed site is still matched by the name on its card.
4. No false "not cited": if the Overview is collapsed or can't be read, the look says so instead of recording a lost citation.
5. Search again opens the same search once, in your tab. Export every look as CSV.
SEO Specimen never searches for you, opens hidden tabs or reloads a page. It only reads the results pages you open.
CLIENT REPORTS FOR FREELANCERS AND AGENCIES
Add your business name, contact details and logo once in Settings. On any page, Client report turns the audit into a polished, print-ready report under your name: the verdict, where to start, a search preview and every finding with why it matters and what to do. Add the client's name and a note, then save it as a PDF to send.

11. Links counted, listed and outlined on the page in four line styles that read without colour.
OPTIONAL AI WITH YOUR OWN KEY
Add an Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini API key for title and description rewrites, each measured in pixels, and schema drafts. The key is checked when you save it, nothing is sent until you press a button, and you see exactly what will be sent first.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
SEO Specimen reads search results pages in its 30 markets, and any other page only when you press its icon. It never asks for access to all websites. Your keywords, looks, business details and logo stay on your computer. Anonymous usage reports are off unless you say yes, and they never include a search, a keyword, a page or a position.
