Green Pill fact-checks text you highlight on any webpage.

Select a passage, right-click, choose "Fact-check with Green Pill". It searches
the web via Tavily, asks Google Gemini to weigh the results against the claim,
and shows a verdict of 140 characters or less in a tooltip — with links to the
sources it consulted.

Green Pill has no server and no subscription. It calls Tavily and Google
directly from your browser, using keys you supply:

• Tavily — https://tavily.com (free tier available)
• Google Gemini — https://aistudio.google.com/apikey (free tier available)

Open the extension popup and paste both keys. The status dot turns green when
you are ready to go.

PRIVACY

Your keys are stored locally in Firefox and sent only to the service they belong
to. The developer receives nothing. Only
the text you explicitly select is transmitted, never the page URL.

Google's free Gemini tier may use submitted content to improve its products. See
their privacy policy.
