Read this or extension won't work:As of 13 April 2023 there isn't a mechanism to prompt user to give host permissions to a domain at install time, you will have to do this manually via the addon settings page. This may improve in the future:

out.reddit.com when users click reddit posts with external links.
A few reasons why you'd want to use this extension:
- You can opt out from being redirected this way if you're logged in with a reddit account, however it is not possible if you're not.
- Performance. You will now go directly to the link that you clicked, instead of having to wait for out.reddit.com to log your request and then redirect you to the link.
- Privacy. out.reddit.com is a mechanism for tracking which external links a user is clicking on reddit.
