Text now supports bold, italic, and underline, plus a built-in font library and custom font upload. Click any text annotation and press B, I, or U to format the whole thing.

The blur tool was split into separate Strength and Feather sliders, and blur now works as a fill mode on rectangles and ellipses. Slider changes only apply to new blurs, so previously drawn blurs stay exactly as you placed them.
