Sobre esta extensão
Panely puts the things you use constantly into one tidy sidebar, as a stack of panes:
Click a bookmark and it opens in a tab that Panely remembers — click it again and you jump straight back to that same tab (even if the page has since redirected to a login or dashboard), instead of piling up duplicates. Open bookmarks are shaded, and a right-click can reload the bookmark's page in its linked tab.
Panes, your way
Panely is a stack of panes — Bookmarks, Open Tabs and Tasks. Drag the dividers to resize them, click a pane's chevron to collapse it to a single header strip, and use Settings ▸ Panes to switch panes off or reorder them.
Tasks — a simple checklist
Keep today's list beside your tabs instead of behind another app. Type and press Enter to add, tick to complete, double-click to rename, drag to reorder, and clear the completed ones in a click. It syncs across your computers too.
What you can do
Syncs across your computers
Your pane layout, expanded folders, background tint and task list are saved to Firefox Sync, so the sidebar feels the same on every computer you sign in to.
Privacy
Panely has no tracking and no analytics. It reads your bookmarks and tabs only to display them, and stores your layout preferences in Firefox's own sync storage. To show a site icon next to each bookmark, it requests that site's favicon from DuckDuckGo's icon service (icons.duckduckgo.com) — that is the only network request it makes, and nothing else leaves your browser.
Automatic light and dark theme included.
- Bookmarks — your Bookmarks Toolbar. Exactly the bookmarks and folders you keep on your toolbar, and nothing else. Folders expand and collapse and show each site's icon.
- Open Tabs — your open tabs for the current window, working just like the tab strip: click to switch, close with the × button (or middle-click), and open a new tab with the + button.
- Tasks — a simple checklist for today, right beside your tabs instead of behind another app.

What you can do
- Resize, collapse, reorder or switch off any pane.
- Resize the whole sidebar by dragging its edge, the normal Firefox way.
- Toggle it on and off with the toolbar button or Ctrl+Shift+E.
- Manage your bookmarks right in the sidebar: add (prefilled with the current tab), add folders, rename, edit, delete, and drag and drop to reorder or move between folders.
- Drag a link straight from the address bar into the list to bookmark it exactly where you drop it.
- See the tab list update live as tabs open, close, move and reload.
- Spot the active tab, pinned tabs (📌) and tabs playing sound (🔊) at a glance.
- Middle-click a bookmark to open it quietly in a background tab.
