- Ocena: 1/5Autor: horscaste, 2 lata temuUnfortunately, does not work for me Alejandro. I see a whatsapp window showing how to connect with my device and QR code. There is a spinner that does not stop to run forever until my mac really heats... Can you help me? I would love to use your add-on :-)
(I use your Gmail add-on and it works. But not the whatsapp one)Odpowiedź autora
Data: 2 lata temuHi and thanks for using my addon!
What the add-on does is simply to load the URL web.whatsapp.com into a pinned tab. Everything else is the same as a normal Firefox tab.
If you try to load that URL in a normal Firefox tab and load fine, then the add-on should work fine. If it doesn't load in Firefox, then you should have some problems with Firefox itself. Please, let me know (alejandrosbrizuela[at]gmail.com) - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Anton, 4 lata temuIt's basically just a short cut that opens Whatsapp Web tab. It does not persist sign-in data: if you closed the tab, you'll have to do the QR-code thing again.

Data: 4 lata temuYes, it is what it is and never said otherwise. What the add-on does is simply to load the URL web.whatsapp.com into a pinned tab. Everything else, is the same as a normal Firefox tab. There is a WhatsApp setting to keeping you signed in but, again, that setting is from WhatsApp and not from my addo-on - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Firefox user 14208329, 4 lata temu

Whereas https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/whatsapp-messenger/ does not need this repeated logins.
At this time I used them under Linux UBUNTU 17 / Firefox 61
Maybe this add-on (Pinned ...) is too simple ;-)Odpowiedź autora

What the add-on does is simply to load the URL web.whatsapp.com into a pinned tab. Everything else, is the same as a normal Firefox tab.
So, that behaviour is from Firefox itself (and WhatsApp) and not from my addon.
