postet 2 måneder sidenThank you for your review and feedback! Except for certain functionalities like syncing/adding new aliases etc. which would require you to be online, the Proton Pass extension can already be used offline. As for the password generator, you can easily access it by selecting the '+' icon → Password. - Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av Hugh, 2 måneder siden
- Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av Chaython, 3 måneder sidenBugged Features: My import from bitwarden only copied 472 entries, can't delete the bad import, have to manually select each password one by one....
Lacking features: No general purpose auto-fill [address id etc]
Paid only feature available FREE in other password managers: cardsUtviklerrespons

The Proton pass accounts settings still being lost after logout. Why? I do not want to setup them every time I log in. In Bitwarden they are being saved after logout.
The Mozilla account still does not working.
When you launch Proton Pass for the first time, it does not show my logins. Only the login for the opened website, which is very inconvenient. What if I want to launch another website from Proton pass?
These bugs have been reported earlier, and none of them were fixed. - Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 18174442, 6 måneder sidenok but it glitches. will suddenly say "locked" despite entering PIN. have to log out of proton and back into it for it to reactivate

postet 6 måneder sidenWe're sorry to hear about the trouble! Please report this to us at: pass@protonme.zendesk.com, so we can look into this further. In the meantime, please try reloading the extension and make sure you are using the latest version. - Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av slawnkale, 10 måneder sidenThere are some things that bother me a bit. But overall the addon seems like a good start and perhaps will be polished to an excellent product. Anyway, the thing that bothers me the most is that in the 'vault' clicking "Password" field will copy the password to clipboard. This is a good thing but I think it's made too easy and I think that a separate button for this would be better. Same thing with the "Note" field, I find clicking it to copy everything in it to be a too easy way, and I'd prefer a separate button.
There's also one more thing but I don't know if it's a fault of Proton Pass, Firefox or, in this case, Bitwarden: when migrating from Bitwarden, the "Created" date is not exported to Proton Pass. Perhaps Bitwarden doesn't export this info? If there's a way around this, would love to hear it.Utviklerrespons

80% of the time outofill on existing logins does not work.
I do not want to import from outher sources, to prevent importing old accounts with invalid pw data.
So want to organically fill it upon time once I login to certain pages. But exactly this is not working because the ProtonPass dialog does either not show up at all on the login screen, or its not possible to fill in all information.
Reddit for example. Dialog did not even show up.Utviklerrespons
postet 10 måneder sidenThank you for your review! We're working on improving the auto-fill for all websites. Auto-fill may also work on one OS version, but not on another.
Feel free to contact us at pass@protonme.zendesk.com with more details about your device model, app version, and which exact websites/apps don't work, so we can document your report for our devs to take under advisement. - Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 17749414, ett år sidenWhy do I have to keep filling in my gmail account and password?

postet ett år sidenHi! We're not quite sure we understand. Can you please elaborate on this? We'll be looking forward to your updated review. - Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 17989114, ett år sidenMy company has no way to connect to any email provider, nor does it accept traffic from anyone that is presented as a VPN. The Protonmail homepage is also unreachable, of course. I know I can't use Proton e-mail at work. However, can anything be done to make the Proton Pass delivered differently? So that it is not recognized as mail or VPN... Just like Last Pass does.

postet ett år sidenHi! We're planning to introduce a dedicated Proton Pass desktop client by the end of this year. - Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av Michael, ett år sidenNice addition to the Proton family, but the add-on has multiple limitations for now:
- Login is not detected on a lot of pages, and the add-on doesn't ask to save credentials as a result.
- When add-on is in "lock" mode, it should prompt the user to unlock it and save credentials.
- Would be very nice to integrate, if possible, Touch ID on MacOS, so that the user experience gets much better, like the embedded functionality in Safari.Utviklerrespons
postet ett år sidenThank you for your feedback Michael!
- Would you mind sharing which pages the login detection didn't work for, so we can report this to our team?
- When the extension is locked and an action is required from it, we do display the fact that it's locked (indicated by the padlock on top of the Proton Pass logo). We're also looking into the possibility of opening the extension window automatically in these instances, but we don't have additional details to share on this feature at the moment.
- The third feature you've mentioned is also on our roadmap, but no ETA at this moment.
