av Firefox-bruker 17763056, ett år sidenGenerally pretty good. I am a PC, Mac, and iPhone user. The PC version works pretty flawlessly, and because of a darkweb breach flagged up by the scanner I've been tinkering with it for most of the day. The iPhone version works mostly pretty well except it doesn't seem to like producing strong passwords which is annoying and means if you sign up to anything new, you're best off doing it on your normal computer. And the Mac version is a bit messy. I just updated the app and now it's stopped autofilling at all. There appears to be no option. No idea what's going on which is a pain because I've just changed 90-odd passwords. Have written to the support guys about it. Overall the system works very well and I like Nord as a company. Having just come out of the ludicrous shower that is LastPass, who flat-out refuse to give me a refund even though I paid two years up front and they've supposedly lost all my data within weeks of me signing up. At least I am confident that Nord won't do anything like that.

No other explanation or alternatives were given. When you are use to working with an app like this and suddenly are told that it will be discontinued its very unnerving. If having your (Nord) app is supposed to give us security, then what will recommending its immediate removal do? Yes, I see the other Nordpass with Vault alternative, but there is still no compelling explanation. Communicate the details!

You have two different Firefox extensions with no explanation as to why. You should have a detailed explanation in BOTH of the extension descriptions, explaining the difference. Apparently, from reading on your website, you want us to stop using the "desktop application" extension. But you don't explain why or give any details.
I originally installed the Nordpass desktop PROGRAM. Am I supposed to remove that too? And why would I ever want to store my password vault inside my browser? That does NOT sound like a good idea. I reported it+sent logfiles and have not heard back from Nordpass.
Seems like reading here the problem is at least 3weeks old now.

Desktop app doesn't sync to browser extensions quickly or the phone app at all (requires log-out or force close on desktop, then logging back in and force closes the app on the phone for it to work). I've tried the extension on Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave and the extension doesn't detect 75% of the textboxes it should. Also, it constantly tried to overwrite things like Workday for job applications when the log-ins are for completely different companies.

Add-On is very buggy: 1. always shows "please login to Nordpass" even when you are, 2. the drop-down window with Account Suggestions, if it appears, its often at a very unusable position and 3. two thirds of formulars it doesn`t pop up at all.
