Bitte beachten: In Mozilla Firefox 74.0 ist ein Fehler (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1616596) enthalten, der zu einer Verzögerung der Anmeldung über den sog. WebFlow führt. Daher erfolgt bei WEB.DE- und GMX-Konten der Login nach Eingabe und Absendens von Nutzername und Passwort im Firefox leider erst nach ca. 30-40 Sekunden.

Uns wurde zugesichert, dass spätestens Firefox Version 75.0 den Fehler behebt oder, falls eine Zwischenversion veröffentlicht wird, diese bereits die Lösung beinhalten könnte.

Führen Sie bitte folgende Schritte durch, um MailCheck wieder nutzen zu können:
  1. Geben Sie wie gewohnt im MailCheck in der Anmeldemaske Ihre Anmeldedaten ein.
  2. Bestätigen Sie die Anmeldung durch Klick auf „Login“ oder betätigen der Enter/Return-Taste.
  3. Warten sie ca. 30-40 Sekunden bzw. bis sich das Anmeldefenster schließt.
  4. Sie sollten nun wieder angemeldet sein.

Please note: In Mozilla Firefox 74.0 there is a bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1616596), which leads to a delay of the login via the so-called WebFlow. Therefore, for WEB.DE and GMX accounts, the login after entering and sending username and password in Firefox unfortunately takes about 30-40 seconds.

We have been assured that Firefox version 75.0 at the latest will fix the error or, if an intermediate version is released, it may already contain the solution.

Please follow these steps to be able to use MailCheck again:
  1. Enter your login data as usual in MailCheck in the login mask.
  2. Confirm your registration by clicking on "Login" or by pressing the Enter/Return key.
  3. Wait approx. 30-40 seconds or until the login window closes
  4. You should now be logged in again.
