When you log in to some web site via Facebook, Google or similar provider, after login completed, the cookies set by these authentication services - Facebook, Google etc. - remain set.

Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking Protection (Strict Mode) is known to cause issues on x.com - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 5717054, 22 ġranet iluAVG now flags this as malware. I tried to report this to AVG, but not sure how to do that without spending a lot of time. I may have to remove this extension to prevent the multiple pop-ups from AVG on Firefox and and other browsers where I have this extension installed.

Disabling the Firefox (v126.0 64-bit) Enhanced Tracking Protection did NOT solve the problem. As soon as I disabled the Disconnect add-on, however, Twitter/X loaded without any problems. Please fix!

Firefox built-in tracking protection have all features of this extension and ALREADY use Disconnect's filter list, and it's up-to-date. This extension has been obsoleted (last update was on 2020), so it will break website and doesn't filter new tracking link. - Rated 5 out of 5by 吳昱, 5 xhur ilu
