It is usually a good place to store passwords but autofill and autologin are hit or miss. They claim PHONE Support but I can't remember ever being able to access it , because you have to go through chat and then submit tickets and wait for answers , so the reality of trying to reach phone support is they have you jump through so many hoops that the problem may get solved but it is the same slow tedious process that every other company uses today

The icon is greyed out--and removing and reinstalling does not work. Unable to find a fix as of yet. I rely on this daily and this is disappointing--no changes/updates to Firefox were made when it stopped working.
