TFTV Dark di Mark

TFTV Dark adds a greyscale dark theme and a "Threads Only" mode to teamfortress.tv.

Features:
- Dark Mode - Dark theme, can be toggled on and off
- Threads Only Mode - hides the everything but the thread list
- Last Page Button - threads with 5 or more pages get a "Last Page" shortcut
- Empty Page Redirect - automatically redirects to the real last page if you land on an empty one
- All settings persist across sessions
