Adds a handful of tab group related keybindings.

Adds the following keybindings:
See "Manage Extension Shortcuts" under the cogwheel menu in about:addons for default key bindings, or to configure them to your liking.
- Create new descendant tab. Works with Smart Tab Groups.
- Create new descendant tab, and create a new tab group if none exists.
- Break active tab out of current tab group.
- Toggle collapsed state of active tab group.
