This addon replaces the titles of all open browser windows with the same custom string. Tab titles are omitted. The name can be customized in the addon options and defaults to the browser's internal name.

The addon has minimalist straightforward functionality and setting different persistent titles per-window is beyond the scope. You're free to fork it and do whatever.
