OTPlix is a secure, open-source two-factor authentication (2FA) solution designed to make managing one-time passwords simple, private, and independent.

It provides a convenient way to manage TOTP authentication tokens on Android devices and directly within supported web browsers. OTPlix is designed around privacy and self-hosting, without requiring Google Play Services or a proprietary cloud account.

Authentication data can be stored in an encrypted vault and synchronized through your own Nextcloud server, allowing the same OTP tokens to be securely available across Android devices and browser extensions.

OTPlix provides a clean and straightforward interface for managing authentication tokens, searching accounts, copying generated codes, and organizing entries. QR codes can be scanned to quickly add new authentication tokens, while import and export functions make it easier to migrate existing OTP collections.

The Android application supports biometric protection and is designed to work well on privacy-focused Android systems such as GrapheneOS and other Google-free environments.

The browser extension brings the same OTP collection directly into compatible browsers such as Firefox and Waterfox, allowing authentication codes to be accessed without relying on an external commercial authentication service.
