Two fixes.

Blocking a popup could leave the page unable to scroll. Some sites do not
lock scrolling with CSS. They cancel your scroll gestures in JavaScript
for as long as they consider their popup open, and only their own close
button clears that. Hiding the popup left the block in place, so the page
stayed frozen. X's logged-out sign-up wall works this way. Scrolling is
now restored on those pages, including sites that scroll an inner panel
rather than the page itself.

On some Instagram profile pages the login wall was blocked but the page
went blank. Nagless was hiding the container that holds the whole page
rather than the wall sitting inside it. It now hides only the wall.

No new permissions.

• Fixed: "log in to continue" walls on desktop profile pages (e.g. instagram.com) are now detected — desktop sites build these walls differently than mobile, and 1.0.1 only caught the mobile variant. The separate page-dimming layer these walls use is cleared too, so the page is fully readable and clickable.

What's new in 1.0.1:

• Fixed: video players (like YouTube's mobile player) could be mistaken for popups and hidden. Video players are now never blocked.
• New: "log in to continue" walls on logged-out profile pages (Instagram-style overlays) are now detected and hidden, so you can see the content the site actually serves.
• Tuned detection to further reduce false positives on normal page elements — modals you open yourself, cookie bars, and sticky players are left alone.
