The extension shows your current public IP address and related network intelligence, including:
- city, state or province, country, timezone, and UTC offset
- VPN and proxy detection signals
- threat score
- IP change tracking in the extension UI

The extension does not collect live GPS device location.

## 2. Data we process

### Data sent to our service to provide results
When you refresh or when background checks run, the extension may send:
- public IP address used for lookup
- extension request metadata (request ID, install ID, extension ID, version, timestamp, nonce)
- technical client data (browser user agent, language, timezone)

### Data returned and shown in the extension
- IP intelligence response fields such as IP, location context, timezone, threat score, VPN and proxy flags

### Data stored locally on your device
The extension stores limited data in browser extension storage, such as:
- latest IP intelligence cache
- last detected IP change
- extension install identity and enrollment state used for request security
