Often I find myself following some weird, specific argument inside the first comment on an article in Hacker News, get exhausted by all the details, and click away before reading any of the other interesting higher level takes on a subject.
This extension is an attempt to nudge a Hacker News reader into a more breadth-first survey of each topic, while still allowing them to dive deeper if they want.
