Privacy Policy for HD Translator

HD Translator is an English-Vietnamese dictionary and translation browser extension.

Data transmitted:
When users type text into the search box or select text on a webpage for translation, that text may be sent to external translation and dictionary services, including dictionary.faster.asia and Google Translate endpoints, in order to return translations, definitions, examples, synonyms, and pronunciation data.

Data stored locally:
The extension may store user preferences locally in the browser, such as interface language and auto-translate settings.

Data not collected:
HD Translator does not collect account information, payment information, passwords, browsing history for tracking, or personally identifying information. The extension does not sell user data and does not use advertising or analytics tracking.

How data is used:
Submitted text is used only to provide translation and dictionary lookup features requested by the user.
