Settings can switch subfolders back to opening in the same list, or menus to open on click.
- Settings: sliders for the page bar's height and text size, and for the space between items, the text size and the width of folder menus.
- New option: bookmarks that don't fit on the bar go onto more rows instead of under ».
- Folder menus show the folder's separators.
- Folder menus work with the keyboard: arrow keys to move, → and ← to open and close subfolders, Enter to open, Esc to close.

- Suggest profiles no longer assigns folders that sit inside a folder that already has a profile.
