Added a right-click menu: right-click a field to pick a saved field title and fill it, or right-click anywhere to Auto-fill the page. Removed unused permissions (activeTab, scripting).

Changes in 1.0.8:
- The page icon now also appears on password fields. Saved values are inserted only when you click the icon on that field or press Auto-fill.
- Auto-fill now also fills password fields if you saved a value for them.
- Bulk import: paste many fields at once, one per line, in the format value##title. You can also view your current fields in the same format and re-import them.
- New on/off switch in the popup. When off, no icons are shown and Auto-fill does nothing.
- New popup layout: Auto-fill and Record buttons on top, then the profile dropdown, then the on/off switch. The fields editor is now collapsed by default.
- Earlier in this series: the page menu shows only field titles (values are inserted on click), and the default profile starts with a single "Name" field; you add, rename, delete and reorder your own fields.
