Version 1.0.4 improves final-submission detection and fixes several false triggers.

Changes:
• Dashboard tabs, filters, menus, “Completed,” “View record,” “View status,” and similar navigation controls are no longer treated as submission actions.
• Controls are rescored when clicked, so stale visual markers cannot arm a submission.
• Historic submission records and status pages no longer trigger a celebration merely because they contain confirmation-related wording.
• Successful submission detection now requires stronger confirmation-page semantics.
• The intermediate transfer page no longer exposes premature success signals.
• General reliability and regression-test coverage have been improved.
