Ability Scores & Saving Throws: Previously, the saving throws section was extremely annoying, presenting itself as a massive list of headings that slowed down screen reader navigation massively. The ability scores were even worse and had no accessibility roles at all. Now they're all good old semantic tables for screen readers. You can use your table navigation keys to move through your modifiers or trigger a check or save.

We've patched how the sidebar is actually built. The site used to mark it as a dialog, which meant that clicking some buttons inside would often kick your focus out into space randomly. It's now correctly identified as an aside (landmark), and the alinement / pinning controls now actually tell your screen reader whether they are toggled or not so you can know where the sidebar is, visually.
