Having the ability to view videos offline gives me the ability watch and work at same time and not run into the problem of a video 'disappearing' into the ether due to one reason or another.

I paid for the pro version and I can't use it. The developer just stalled and didn't solve anything. The solution isn't to buy another program and pay again for an external program; that's annoying.

Mehrere Versuche Support zu bekommen blieben unbeantwortet.
