Claudezilla does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

All communication occurs locally through a Unix socket between the extension and the native messaging host - no data is sent to external servers.

When you use Claudezilla with Claude Code, the extension may access:
- Page content (text, DOM elements) - only when requested by Claude
- Screenshots - held in memory temporarily, never persisted
- Network requests - monitored for page readiness only
- Console logs - opt-in, never transmitted

Permissions explained:
- nativeMessaging: Communicate with Claude Code via native host
- tabs: Create and manage browser tabs
- <all_urls>: Enable automation on any URL
- webRequest: Detect page load completion
- storage: Save preferences
