Fixed the Lines.html download button to improve downloading the bundled file from the installed extension.

Updated the popup layout for a cleaner, more organized experience. Added a configurable page reload delay and a button to download Lines.html for editing. The Rando feature generates a new random 5–7 letter word each time it runs, allowing a different word to be used on each replay loop.
