Search results keyboard shortcuts by Teemu Karppinen

Navigate google search results without needing to touch your mouse! Hit alt+1 to move to the first result, alt+2 to the second and so on. The navigation logic dodges adds and suggestion boxes, only navigating to the links you actually care about.
