I think google crawl issues and indexing problems are occuring all time. Mane website owners complain about indexing issues and not beeing enlisted in search results.
It should be easy for everyone to submit a sitemap, but it does not solve the problem and the web page does not enlist in SERP.
In many cases you should search keywords many times to see some search result related to your query.
If the Indexing Issue persists, others can not go into your website traffic and click trhough ratio (CTR).
Google Index Issues should be solved as soon as possible.
