1. Alice Download 'creator_offer.txt' send to Bon .
2. Bob Upload 'creator_offer.txt' , Automatic generated 'joiner_answer.txt' ,
3. Bob Download 'joiner_answer.txt' send to Alice .
4. Alice Upload 'joiner_answer.txt' , create a chat connection , Start Chat .
