Adds a theme which better suits the colour theme of MacOS Mojave 10.14. Slightly lightens the black background used by tabs.

About this theme

The default Firefox dark theme is easy on the eyes, however:
• It doesn't quite go as well with MacOS Mojave as it does Windows 10.
• It's a bit too dark for screens that don't support O-LED.
• It can make the browser feel separate from the webpages it is displaying.
